Accessibility by Bus 
The nearest bus stops to the site are located on the A1000 High Road to the south of the site, with the northbound bus stop located approximately 110 metres from the site and the southbound bus stop approximately 120 metres from the site. These bus stops are served by the number 263 service between Holloway and Barnet.
In addition, North Finchley bus station is located approximately 150 metres to the north of the site with bus stops located along Kingsway. Bus stops are also situated along Woodhouse Road approximately 170 metres from the site.
Accessibility by Rail
The closest railway station to the site is New Southgate, approximately 2.6 kilometres to the east. New Southgate is served by rail services between Moorgate and Welwyn Garden City operated by First Capital Connect.
The station is served by 5 trains during peak periods heading to either Moorgate or King’s Cross in London, and by one train approximately every 30 minutes towards Welwyn Garden City to the north. New Southgate is accessible via the 221 bus service available from bus stops along Woodhouse Road and Kingsway.
Accessibility by Underground
The closest undergrounds tation is West Finchley, located 1.2 kilometres to the west of the site. West Finchley is situated on the Northern Line.
Northern Line trains run north and south bound at a frequency of one train every 3-7 minutes during the peak periods. North bound services call at destinations including Woodside Park and High Barnet. South bound services provide links to Euston, King’s Cross, London Bridge and the wider London Underground network.
The numerous bus services serving bus stops within the vicinity of the site provide access toUnderground stations to the east,west and south and can provide access to Underground services on the Northern, Jubilee, Metropolitan and Bakerloo lines
Accessibility on Foot
High Road has pedestrian footways on both sides of the carriageway along with street lighting and dropped kerbs with tactile paving at designated crossing points. The junction of High Road with Kingsway and Woodhouse Road is controlled by traffic signals and includes signalised pedestrian crossings over all arms of High Road, Kingsway and Woodhouse Road.
Accessibility by Cycle
The site is accessed from High Road, which is connected to routes recommended for cycling in TfL Local Cycle Guide 4. These connections include off road routes located along the A406 to the south of the site and signed or marked routes along Ballards Lane to the west. It is possible to link between these routes by using recommended quieter roads in the area, which can be accessed from High Road to the south of the site.
